This is a critical role that requires strategic leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic and competitive industry landscape.</p><p>The role reports to the Senior Director, Head of Strategic Sourcing & Direct Procurement and there are currently no direct reports to the role. As the team is nimble, trust and transparency are key words</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Design and implement comprehensive global sourcing strategy that align with Sobi’s business goals and support key initiatives.</li><li>Cultivate strong relationships with key global suppliers to strategically secure capacity and align on future growth together.</li><li>Partner with internal teams, including supply chain, R&D, finance, quality and regulatory, to integrate sourcing strategies seamlessly into Sobi’s operations.</li><li>Identify opportunities for cost efficiencies while adhering to high-quality standards and compliance requirements.</li><li>Stay ahead of market trends, supplier capabilities, and economic changes to anticipate and manage challenges effectively.</li><li>Drive initiatives that foster innovation in procurement practices and align with Sobi’s commitment to sustainable and ethical sourcing.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>About you</strong></p><p>We are looking for a strategic thinker who brings creativity and innovation to sourcing strategies and thrives in leading transformational change. You should be self-aware, leveraging both strengths and areas for growth to inspire trust and effective leadership.
