Role Overview

As an Event Assistant, you’ll help coordinate and execute local community events that promote nonprofit partners and socially responsible brands. You’ll play a key role in ensuring events run smoothly while creating a positive, memorable experience for attendees.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, signage, displays, and materials

• Greet attendees and share basic campaign or nonprofit information

• Support team leads with logistics, registration, and crowd engagement

• Manage booth activities, promotional items, and outreach stations

• Gather simple event data and attendee feedback
