We are looking for a Lead Full-Stack Engineer to guide the technical direction of a multi-application platform while mentoring senior engineers and driving high-quality execution across frontend and backend.

This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader with strong full-stack foundations, a passion for clean architecture, and an AI-philic mindset.

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Design and implement full-stack solutions using React, TypeScript, and Python

• Build and maintain scalable APIs and data models using SQL and ORM tools

• Drive technical decision-making while balancing business and architectural needs

• Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and UI/UX Designers

• Optimize application performance and ensure high availability

• Participate in the full development lifecycle, from planning to deployment

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers through code reviews and technical guidance

• Stay current with emerging tools and AI-driven development practices

🧠 What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development

• At least 2 years in a technical leadership role

• Expert knowledge of React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript

• Strong proficiency in Python (Flask, FastAPI, or similar)

• Experience with SQL databases, ORM tools, and GraphQL

• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and deployment strategies

• Strong communication skills in English

• Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical teams

• Comfortable working in Mac or Linux environments

• Availability to collaborate during core hours (EST)
