Title and Summary

Senior Specialist, Marketing & Communications

In response to the business growth and increasing business opportunities we are looking to expand our Marketing & Communications Team. Currently we are looking for a Senior Specialist who will take care of complex marketing and communications activities, and introduce new solutions and ideas.

Role
Summary of responsibilities:
• Develops and executes marketing and communications strategies, activities, and events (includes advertising, promotions, activations, B2B events, social media)
• Develops and researches thought leadership content and communication of subject matter expertise in the marketplace
• Develops creative content for application in product marketing, including product decks, merchant and issuer materials and promotions
• Runs promotions and activations in collaboration with business partners
• Maintains budgetary responsibilities for specific programs, leads tracking and recommends corrective action
• Provides direction and coordinates deliverables with vendors (e.g., agencies)
• Reports on campaign performance measurement and evaluation, recommending ways to leverage past success and apply to future programs

All About You:
• Extensive experience working on large projects that require a high degree of collaboration with external stakeholders and colleagues across number of business areas
• Superb communication skills – verbal and written – both in Polish and English
• Good understanding of B2B communications
• Acted in a program manager capacity for analyzing data and insights about how to optimize channels/programs
• Demonstrated ability to deliver presentations to senior team members and articulate a clear point of view
• Monitored project budgets successfully and demonstrated understanding of cost drivers
• Interest and enthusiasm for technology
