Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conform to all safety guidelines while performing duties and operating equipment
- Support daily / monthly production goals and targets
- Understand SOPs and Standard Work Instructions
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Familiarized with and learn SAP/ MII / MES Processes
- Demonstrate reliability and ownership of assigned processes
- Identify work to be performed via SAP or MII work center priority
- Perform physical material movements
- Demonstrates a willingness to be flexible in areas they are cross-trained in
- Maintain daily housekeeping
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
HS Diploma or GED, preferred
Between 6-12 months prior manufacturing experience, preferred
Basic math and computer skills
Ability to read a tape measure and handle basic tools
Ability to use pneumatic and power tools
Ability to safely operate material movement equipment
Strong attention to detail and high level of concentration to ensure quality work
Stable work history
Physical Demands:
Must lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
Standing for a minimum of 8 hours per day
Continuous lifting, kneeling, pulling, bending, etc.
