Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in Portage, MI. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional in-home care services, ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our clients. If you are passionate about making a difference in people’s lives, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Administer medications and monitor clients' health under supervision, if applicable.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and cleaning.
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, or social activities as needed.
• Operate and assist with Hoyer lifts or similar equipment safely and effectively.
• Follow care plans and document daily activities and observations.

Requirements:

• Must be 20 years or older.
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Valid driver’s license or access to a reliable vehicle.
• Hoyer lift training and experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be compassionate, patient, and dependable.

Compensation: $14.00 per hour
