About the role

Indeavor, a global leader in Workforce Management solutions is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Summer Intern to join our team. This part-time position requires 15-20 hours per week and offers an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing while contributing to our organization's growth. The intern will work closely with our sales and marketing team to support various initiatives and projects.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in market research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential target markets to provide insights for sales and marketing strategies.
  • Support lead generation efforts: Help identify and qualify leads through research and data analysis, and assist in the development of lead generation campaigns.
  • Collaborate on content creation: Assist in the creation and editing of marketing materials such as the external company newsletter.
  • Social media management: Contribute to the planning and execution of social media campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Sourcing leads for sales.

  • Educational background: Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (non-technical degrees).
  • Fast-paced environment: Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment while meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
  • Social media proficiency: Understanding and use of social media platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc., for business purposes.
  • Graduation date: Must be graduating after August 2024.
  • Location: Must be able to commute to our office in Madison, WI.
