Hybrid Research Assistant with Security Clearance (Part-time)

Archimedes Global has an immediate opportunity for a Part-time Research Assistant to join our team in Alexandria, VA. This position is a hybrid, part-time opportunity supporting transitioning veterans. The position has both telework and onsite requirements in Alexandria, VA.

The Research Analyst will be responsible to:

• Assist in coordination of Research Forums and Master Classes
• Conduct outreach and engagement activities to promote bi-monthly Research Forums and quarterly Master Classes as a whole and each individual session
• Conduct research on the best avenues, social media channels/postings, and organizations that would be interested in promoting the forum/class sessions and compiling and maintaining a recent list of stakeholder contact information
• Develop and propose communications (i.e. emails, social media postings, and other methods as directed by the government) and outreach strategies and ideas to expand the range, diversity, and size of the audiences of the Forums and Master Classes
• Assist the government with the administrative elements of the calls (e.g., maintain the mailing list, sending out email reminders to speakers and participants) and with the logistics of Zoom calls/meetings (e.g., monitoring the chat questions, providing technical support as needed) in support of Forums and Master Classes
• Coordinate research for approvals, including Institution Review Boards (IRB), Report Control Symbols (RCS), and more within DoD

Requirements

• Bachelor's and 6+ years of experience
• Experience in research studies and analyses
• Ability to obtain a CAC upon start date (NACI or higher)
• Experience and proficient in MS Suite tools
• Strong social media skills
• Strong administrative support and collaboration skills
• Compliance with Executive Order 14042 , FAR 52.223-99 clause (Ensuring Adequate COVID -19 Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors) required (proof required)

Desired Qualifications:

• Secret security clearance (or higher)
• Prior experience supporting executive military leadership
