Your Responsibilities

As a Senior Specification Analyst for John Deere Dubuque Works located in Dubuque, Iowa, you will be recognized as a Specifications Subject Matter Expert, providing leadership, consultation, and training to others in the unit or division. In addition, you will: 

 

• Use the engineering change process to create, coordinate and maintain complex Bills of Material, Material Masters, and drawing revisions.
• Part attribute data utilizing Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP) /Product Data Management (PDM) tools.

What Skills You Need

 

• 1 or more years of experience with Enterprise Product Delivery and CI Processes
• 1 or more years with change management tools, specifically PDMLink, SAP, and cProjects workflow
• 1 or more years strong analytical skills and root cause analysis
• 1 or more years of demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills
• 1 or more years of demonstrated strong communication skills including facilitation of meetings
• 1 or more years of managing projects and conflicting priorities
• 1 or more years of intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)

What Makes You Stand Out

 

• 1 or more years of Specification Analyst experience
• Experience troubleshooting complex system issues
• Experience in leading and/or training people
• Experience with data analytic tools and databases (Tableau, PowerBI, HANA, Databricks)
• Experience updating and creating work instructions
• Experience with Microsoft Visual Basic Scripting
• Experience in Customer Service

 

Education

 

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
 

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Management, Engineering, IT, or any related field
