This role sits in our Strategic Growth Solutions team, which focuses on designing and evolving the digital solutions that power advisor growth at scale. You will help turn LPL’s growth ambitions into tangible experiences, ensuring our solutions are clearly positioned, thoughtfully integrated, and consistently delivering value to advisors and to LPL.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end strategy and execution for defined portfolio of digital solutions, from problem definition through pilot, launch, and iteration
- Build and maintain business case for solutions, including opportunity sizing, investment rationale, and expected business impact
- Lead strategic roadmap research and design for your solutions, synthesizing customer insights, market trends, and internal data into clear product direction
- Structure and manage go-to-market approaches for new pilots, including segmentation, sequencing, success criteria, and field enablement considerations
- Use data to track solution performance, produce crisp reporting for senior stakeholders, and identify opportunities to course-correct or accelerate
- Sponsor test-and-learn initiatives, define experiment parameters and incorporate results into forward-looking plans
- Collaborate with experience and field-facing teams to ensure new capabilities are practical, well-adopted and deliver measurable outcomes
- Serve as a business voice in cross-functional delivery, aligning stakeholders on priorities, progress and tradeoffs
