  • Design and deliver core platform capabilities that create comprehensive visibility into work-in-flight across the organization.

  • Drive platform adoption across many editorial teams by creating exceptional user experiences, comprehensive documentation, training materials, and adoption strategies, treating journalists, editors, and producers as your primary customers.

  • Shape integration strategy with a range of content management systems and enterprise systems to facilitate multidirectional data flow and seamless workflows that aid editorial planning and content programming coordination.

  • Serve as subject matter expert on editorial work tracking and collaboration platforms and present platform strategy to executive audiences, manage cross-team product dependencies, and advocate for platform investments alongside customer-facing product initiatives.
