Senior Business Analyst

(This position is hybrid and will involve some onsite work in Indianapolis, Indiana)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develops and tracks key performance indictors to enhance the understanding of the business and to improve decision-making. 
  • Analyzes and makes recommendations to optimize sales force deployment, territory alignment and structure. 
  • Leads development projects using agile methods to ensure team is working efficiently and meeting deadlines.
  • Works with customers to create project requirements and translates those to development team.
  • Works with customers providing excellent customer service and regular communication.

STRONGLY PREFERRED:

  • Healthcare experience
  • Experience leading projects from start to finish
  • Agile Experience

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors Degree required.
  • Business, Computer Science, Accounting or Economics degrees preferred. Proficient at using MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel).
  • Skilled in using Access and SQL Server database including querying and report generation. 3-5 years of experience required.
  • Experience in healthcare analytics and/or health benefits preferred.
  • Requires analytical and financial capabilities, as well as some statistical background preferred.
