About the Role 

iCapital is looking to hire a Business Management Support Analyst to join the Business Management team. This role will partner with multiple teams across the firm to manage a variety of programs. The ideal candidate should be excited about building an inclusive global community, enjoy engaging employees of all levels through cross-functional initiatives, and have proven excellence in implementing technology focused programs with successful adoption. 

 

Responsibilities 

• Develop, manage, and coordinate interactive and constructive employee engagement programs for the Technology and Product organization (i.e., Analyst rotation program, Innovation Challenges, Hackathons). 
• Be the central point of coordination between technology leads, product managers, business managers and Human Resources. 
• Evaluate existing processes and systems to seek opportunities for improvement. 
• Identify issues and provide corrective measures. 
• Facilitate preparation of project summary reports. 
• Partner with teams across the firm to manage implemented programs (i.e., draft communications, announcements, process internal transfers, management assignments, and seating arrangements). 
• Manage content and announcements on internal technology site. 
• Advise on any difficult issues with discretion and positivity. 
• Assist with ad-hoc administrative responsibilities. 

 Qualifications 

• 1-2 years of work experience in a FinTech company 
• Interest in working and learning in a collaborative, creative, and fast-paced environment 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and leadership 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint) 
• Experience managing multiple projects with various deadlines 
• Skilled in multitasking and prioritization 
• Positive workplace culture advocate 
• Strong work ethic and high energy level 
• Experience with Monday.com and Jira is a plus 

 

Benefits 

The base salary range for this role is $65,000 to $85,000.  iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
