Key Responsibilities

• General Maintenance & Repairs: Perform routine maintenance and repairs including carpentry, painting, and general property upkeep.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Address and resolve plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues as they arise.
• Workspace Management: Ensure all work areas are maintained in a clean and organized manner across properties.
• Problem Resolution: Identify and efficiently resolve maintenance challenges to ensure minimal disruption to residents and tenants.
• Tool & Equipment Management: Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition to ensure readiness for daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving abilities and clear communication skills.
• Customer-service oriented with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Licensed technicians are preferred, as this may open additional opportunities and result in higher compensation.
