The Aladdin Product Solutions team is responsible for accelerating the design and delivery of scalable end-to-end product solutions. As a member of the team, you will operate at the intersection of business and technology working horizontally with business, product, and engineering leaders. You are a horizontal thinker who identifies the “white space” between product verticals that need to be addressed to enable client outcomes that exceed expectations. You will provide consultation, expertise, and coordination at critical moments throughout the client lifecycle for Aladdin clients and drive the design and delivery of product solutions affecting multiple user segments and workflows, applicable to many clients. You will inform future product strategy and investment. We seek a leader who demonstrates strong program and product management skills required to accelerate solutioning, manage stakeholders, and see through delivery of solutions. 

 

 

Key responsibilities :

  • Build and influence inclusive cross-functional teams across the product delivery value chain and client business teams  

  • Leads cross-functional teams to design holistic solutions that balance client needs with business objectives  

  • Own the design and delivery of product solutions from beginning to end by translating client needs to market and business requirements, leading accountable cross-functional resources to execute, and seeing through the delivery of solutions 

  • Develop a thorough understanding of high value product opportunities that require horizontal design and development; inform and influence future strategic investment in product  

  • Role model outstanding PDLC and project management discipline; produce high quality artifacts and communicate key updates and insights broadly to maintain organizational alignment  

  • Broker dialog between stakeholders, combats potential challenges or risks with mitigation tactics, and adjusts plans with agility to keep delivery on track 

 

Skills and qualifications :

  • Proven success managing large, cross-functional, technical projects by delivering measurable value, on time and on budget, to demanding client communities 

  • Proficiency working with product managers, engineers, and business functions 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate up and down the organization  

  • Strong organizational, networking, problem-solving, and planning skills 

  • 5+ years of experience in designing enterprise grade applications 

  • 5+ years product management experience with proven record of successful launches 

  • 5+ years project management experience with proven track record of on-time, on-budget delivery 


 

For New York City only: The salary range for this position is $157,500 - $214,500. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including heath care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits.
