Job Type:              Full Time 

Duties: Interacts and collaborates with stakeholders on key product considerations and aligns with product vision, features and roadmap. Leverages customer insights, feedback, financials, compliance and risk data to define product features and roadmap in partnership with other SMEs. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. Position requires 11% travel.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, or related field and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a Product Owner-related occupation.

Position required skills: Position requires 6 years of experience in the following: working with product development lifecycle, including taking requirements from ideation through to delivery based on the product strategy; creating the product definition portion of the product strategy that has a vision, mission, and strategy that identifies users and stakeholders; creating and using personas, and identifying business processes and how the product enables efficiencies or solves pain points or challenges in the user process; demanding management and intake processes to take in requirements and evaluate them against the product strategy; identifying gaps in the business processes that the product supports; using the product they own, demoing it for customers, and training others on using the product; and understanding the impact and value of the product capabilities.

Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program 

Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $126,755 to $166,000. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
