About the location:

Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and surrounded by panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the stunning landscape, first opened its doors in August 2024 following an extensive restoration and renovation of the historic property, originally inaugurated in 1929 on a vast private estate. After its successful debut, the resort will reopen to guests in March 2025, reaffirming its status as a unique destination of luxury and elegance on the island.

About the role 

As a Restaurant Hostess, you are the first and last impression of the dining experience. You warmly welcome guests, manage reservations and seating arrangements, and ensure an exceptional guest journey from the moment they arrive until their departure. With grace, professionalism, and a guest-centric approach, you create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the service excellence and elegance of our dining establishment. 

 

What you will do 

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere. 

• Manage reservations and seating arrangements, optimizing the flow of guests in the dining area. 

• Provide menus and information about specials, answering any questions guests may have. 

• Monitor dining room activities, ensuring a smooth service experience. 

•  Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the hostess station and dining area.
