Orveda Boutique Director
The role includes managing the operation of the Orveda Boutique and the Spa, the successful launch and growth of the business and delivering an ultra-premium experience for the consumer.
- Responsible for all day-to-day aspects of the Boutique, inclusive of retail selling, scheduling appointments, oversight of team/personnel management, and high-touch customer service
- Manage all activities related to cleaning, maintenance, opening/closing tasks
- Manage inventory levels and offerings – ability to make merchandising recommendations and adapt the retail offerings to clientele’s personal and seasonal needs
- Managing & optimizing VIP client list
- Lead the opening of the new retail space
- Partner with the Marketing and IM/PR team to create a content schedule of events that align with our brand image
- Lead and own the Maison P&L
- Order supplies as needed
- Assist with quarterly reports on Boutique and Spa performance with recommendations to grow the business
- Build strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business
- Manage escalated client issues
- Ability to work flexible hours including early and late shifts, weekends & holidays
- Be a true ambassador of the brand
- Exemplify excellence and provide a high standard of customer service
- Manage overall project plan and timeline to open the Madison Avenue location on budget and on schedule
- Liaise and facilitate communications with all involved parties such as real estate, legal, store design, construction and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of tasks
- Responsible for establishing opening plans in conjunction with marketing lead
- Manage a team of 5+ people
Experience
- Opening and operating retail stores in the beauty/beauty services space
- Experience leading and owning a Boutique P&L
- Experience working with non-invasive machines such as laser, RFI, etc.
- Understanding of customer centric operations and seamless commerce
- Competency in strategic planning, business planning and operational development
- Experience in operational process improvement and leading structured change/improvement projects
- Successful management of store personnel of 5 plus people, building a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- High competence / knowledge of data analysis and performance management of operation metrics

Base Salary Range: $135,000- 175,000
