We are currently looking for a Financial Account Manager to join our growing team.

What you’ll do for us  

As a Financial Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day financial management of client entities, ensuring full compliance with Dutch and international regulations. Your key tasks will include:

• Preparing financial statements including balance sheets, P&L accounts, and annual reports in compliance with Dutch GAAP and/or IFRS.
• Managing bookkeeping and overseeing daily financial transactions, payments, and statutory filings (KvK, Belastingdienst, DNB).
• Keeping financial and corporate records for client entities accurate and up to date.
• Ensuring client entities remain in good legal and regulatory standing.
• Serving as a key contact for clients and stakeholders such as legal advisors, auditors, and tax authorities.
• Maintaining a high standard of client service and reinforcing our reputation as a proactive, trusted partner.
• Acting as a gatekeeper to safeguard the integrity of the financial system and ensure compliance with Wft (Wet op het financieel toezicht).

 

 

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in trust & corporate services, financial services, or accountancy.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping systems.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken); Dutch language skills are a strong advantage.
• High level of integrity, precision, and organizational discipline.
• Client-focused mindset and strong communication skills.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
