What You'll Do:

• Clean and prepare vacant apartments for new residents
• Maintain the cleanliness of common areas including the office, clubhouse, and hallways
• Organize and manage custodial supplies and equipment
• Maintain clean and safe work areas
• Follow all safety, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
• Provide friendly and professional service to residents and team members

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of housekeeping or custodial experience
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Ability to walk the property and work in various weather conditions
• Capable of lifting/moving up to 25 lbs and climbing stairs/ladders as needed
