About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) with a strong background in hyper-growth SaaS environments to join our team. In this cross-functional role, you’ll be instrumental in fostering a positive workplace culture while driving operational excellence. This position does not include direct reports but requires significant collaboration across teams to support the full employee lifecycle and build scalable people operations processes.

Responsibilities

As an HRBP, you will:
  • Onboarding & Offboarding
    • Design and execute a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they feel supported and set up for success.
    • Manage offboarding processes, conducting exit interviews and identifying trends for improvement.
    • Maintain compliance and accuracy in employee records during transitions
  • Training & Coaching Managers
    • Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on people management best practices.
    • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance leadership capabilities.
    • Coach managers on handling employee relations issues, team performance, and engagement strategies.
  • Running Compensation Analysis
    • Conduct market research and internal pay equity analyses to ensure competitive and fair compensation structures.
    • Collaborate with leadership to create and update compensation frameworks aligned with company goals.
    • Provide insights and recommendations on salary benchmarking and total rewards strategies.
  • Payroll Administration
    • Oversee payroll processing in collaboration with finance and payroll vendors, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
    • Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees in a timely manner.
    • Implement improvements in payroll workflows for efficiency and scalability.
  • Benefit Administration
    • Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, renewals, and communication.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits-related questions and troubleshooting.
    • Analyze and recommend enhancements to benefits offerings to support employee well-being and retention.
  • Performance Review Cycles
    • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end performance review process, including communication, timelines, and tools.
    • Partner with leaders to ensure effective and constructive feedback practices.
    • Analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements to the review process.
  • Career Track Development
    • Contribute to building foundational career path frameworks and growth opportunities for employees.
    • Collaborate with department heads to define role expectations and advancement criteria.
    • Support initiatives to enhance talent development and succession planning.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hyper-growth SaaS environments, with a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in scaling teams rapidly.
  • Deep knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance in a fast-paced setting.
  • Prior experience in payroll administration and benefits management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct compensation analysis and interpret performance data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trust and fostering relationships across all levels of the organization.
