<p><strong>About the Program</strong></p> <p>The ReEntry Program is a 15-week fellowship program, beginning <strong>April 22, 2025</strong> and ending <strong>July 31, 2025</strong>, with the prospect of an offer for permanent employment with JP Morgan Chase at the end of the program. The program offers a reintroduction to corporate life for those returning to the workplace after an extended career break for two or more years. The fellowship placements will be based on both business needs and candidate skill set and interest areas within our Corporate Investment Banking, Asset Wealth Management &amp; Commercial Banking Operations business.  </p> <p>Please refer to our <a href="https://careers.jpmorgan.com/careers/programs/reentry-program" target="_blank">ReEntry Overview</a> page for further information regarding the Program</p> <p><strong>Global Markets business</strong> is comprised of the world’s leading securities and derivatives sales, trading and research groups. Our professionals are at the center of the world’s financial markets, providing liquidity, insights and analytics, competitive pricing across the full spectrum of asset classes – all focused on helping clients outperform their benchmarks. The clients are the world’s largest public and private institutional investors including: asset managers, financial institutions, public and private pension funds, governments, hedge funds, insurance companies, corporates and more.</p> <p><strong>Who We Look For:</strong></p> <p>Ideal candidates for the program are creative, innovative team players with analytical, technical, problem solving, planning and organizational skills. Individuals must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively in presentations, expressing complex financial strategies in an organized and articulate manner and relevant experience for the Line of Business. The ability to relate well to external clients and internal partners and establishing strong working relationships is a crucial requirement of the program.</p> <p>The candidates’ background and interest will determine where they will be placed within the Global Markets business areas, like:</p> <ul> <li>Trading (voice, electronic, algorithmic trading, etc.)</li> <li>Structuring (various asset classes)</li> <li>Sales</li> <li>Research (Equity Research, Fixed Income Research, Economic Research</li> <li>Digital Markets (Digital Product Management)</li> <li>Prime Brokerage and Clearing</li> <li>Etc.</li> </ul> <p>Individuals with previous experience operating at VP or Associate level (or equivalent) in one or more of the businesses noted above are encouraged to apply.<br/><br/><strong>Eligibility to work in Germany is required.</strong></p> <p>We will consider candidates who have been involved in entrepreneurial, non-for-profit, part-time or consultancy efforts while on their career break.</p> <p></p> J.P.
