Senior Transformation Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

 

Project Management: Lead, manage, and oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion. This includes developing project plans, setting objectives, defining roles and responsibilities, and ensuring that projects are executed on time and within budget.

Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to help clients successfully navigate through periods of significant organizational change. This includes assessing the impact of change, identifying resistance, and designing communication and training plans.

Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs, challenges, and objectives. Provide strategic guidance and develop customized solutions that align with their goals.

Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior consultants and project teams. Ensure that projects are executed efficiently and effectively, maintaining a high level of quality and client satisfaction.

Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights and analysis to support project decisions and provide clients with evidence-based recommendations.

Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful project outcomes.

Stakeholder Communication: Establish strong relationships with client stakeholders and maintain open and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

 

Qualifications:

 

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) is a plus.

Proven experience as a Senior Consultant with a focus on Project Management and Transformation, preferably in a consulting firm.

Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently.

Expertise in change management methodologies and strategies.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in data analysis and relevant software tools.

Proficiency in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint.

Proficiency in English, any other language is a plus.

Leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Willingness to travel as needed to meet client requirements.
