Job Description

Would you like to gain experience within the digital production team at Max Mara Fashion Group?

The Digital Production Specialist is responsible for supporting the team in planning and organizing photo shoots for digital content production. The main objectives of the position are:

1. To provide support in managing the activities necessary for the preparation and execution of photo shoots.

2. To coordinate the needs and requests of all involved parties (photographers, models, post-production, style offices, product managers) during the photo shoot phase.

3. To gather complete technical product information for image descriptions.

What Will Your Responsibilities Be?

You will be responsible for:

• Handling sample requests for photo shoots.

• Preparing accessories and garments for shooting, ensuring product integrity until their return to the warehouse.

• Sending "call sheets" to talent and agencies for shoot participation.

• Supporting the operational management of shoot days regarding: external collaborator entry, activity scheduling, catering management, etc.

Qualifications

If you have:

• A strong passion for the world of fashion and fashion products

• A bachelor's or master's degree relevant to the activities listed

• Good knowledge of the English language
