As a Registered Nurse (Full-Time, Nights) in our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, you'll be an integral part of our commitment to delivering advanced and compassionate care to our young patients and their families.

 

 Position Highlights:  

• Sign-on Bonus: $10,000 sign-on bonus eligible position for qualified candidates!  
• Shift Schedule:  Full-Time (36hrs weekly), 3 (12hr) shifts weekly, alternates weekends 
• Night Shift: 7pm – 7am

What You’ll Need:  

• Graduation from accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred. 
• Registered Nurse licensure from the State of North Carolina Board of Nursing 
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required  
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 1 year of hire, per unit guidelines  
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within 1 year of hire, per unit guidelines

As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in our healthcare team, leading the coordination of patient care from assessment to evaluation. Your expertise will be showcased as you prescribe, delegate, and carefully orchestrate nursing care tailored to each patient's unique needs, encompassing their age, health/illness status, and physiological/psychosocial well-being.
