Staff Accountant

• Performs various month-end general ledger account reconciliations including cash, prepaids, fixed assets, intangibles, goodwill, and various operating expenses.
• Performs detailed review and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and profit and loss reports.
• Assists in analysis of general ledger account fluctuations.
• Prepares all necessary month-end and year-end supporting documentation for accounting close.
• Prepares audit schedules, financial statements and various financial reports.
• Assists in evaluation of current procedures; administers recommendations for improved efficiencies in the Department.
• Interacts with various departments within the Company to ensure appropriate treatment of transactions in financial statements.
• Performs research of operational and accounting issues as necessary.
• Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
• Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of accounting experience.
• Fixed asset experience, preferred.
• Previous experience working with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O), a plus.

Pay Range: $28.00-$30.00/hr
