Guest Services Supervisor

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions delivers a waterpark resort and conference experience all under one roof. The authentically African-themed resort is home to America’s largest indoor waterparks and features well-appointed guest rooms, full-service Spa Kalahari, a fun-filled family entertainment center, on-site signature restaurants, unique retail shops and a state-of-the-art convention center. 

 

We are inviting you to apply for the Guest Services Supervisor position. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the front office management team while providing courteous and efficient service to all guests. You will be a resource for the many questions our quest may have and ensure customer satisfactions prior to arrival and through their stay. You’ll use our property management system to assign rooms, make keys, view and make notes in the guest’s folio and handle payments.

 

We require that you have background, consisting of supervisory experience in a hotel, resort, or related field, be proficient in Windows software, be able to convey information and ideas clearly, be able to work well in high pressure situations and maintain composure.
