Working collaboratively with our Senior Manager Sector Architects, members of various alliance teams, and various technology competencies, you will assist in designing and deploying innovative solutions that enhance governance, service management, and operational efficiencies. 
 
As a Solution Architect and Technology Implementation Manager, you will support the design and implementation of technology solutions tailored to meet the unique challenges within the Industrial Products, Mobility, Aerospace and Defense Sectors.. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure the successful design andl deployment of technological innovations that drive business growth and operational efficiency.  
  
Your key responsibilities  
As a Solution Architect and Technology Implementation Manager, you work with our Senior Manager Sector Architects and multifunctional teams on bridging the gap between our clients' business needs and technological innovations. You will:  
  
•    Be responsible for leading a team of technology professionals. Your leadership will involve mentoring junior staff on solution architecture design and implementation best practice, orchestrating team projects, and ensuring that team efforts are aligned with strategic objectives. You will cultivate a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement. 
•    Support the assessment of the sector's technology landscape to pinpoint opportunities for innovation
•    Implement sector specific technologies used by our manufacturing clients (e.g. MES, IoT, MRP/ERP, Data/AI, etc.)  that align with the sector’s strategic objectives, driving innovation and modernization of the technical stack
•    Facilitate development of architectural blueprints that not only meet current operational demands but also position the organization to capitalize on future technological advancements 
•    Support development of thought leadership in the sector, bringing the best of EY’s capabilities for engagement with industry partners 
•    Assist in guiding both business and technical stakeholders through the complexities of solution design and execution 
•    Support in maintaining clear communication between the business and technology teams, clarifying project goals, risks, and opportunities
•    Participate in the management of technology investment planning and governance
•    Enable software/hardware ecosystem partner relationships  
•    Engage in continuous process improvement, leveraging insights from best practices and innovative research to enhance our technological offerings  
•    Be accountable for quality of delivery spanning client service, quality and risk management, business and sales growth, solution development, and team collaboration.
