SALARY RANGE

$70,000.00- $80,000.00 Annually            $2,692.30 - $3,076.92 Bi-weekly

Position Summary

 This position spends the majority of their time communicating with, motivating, training, and evaluating employees, and planning and directing employees’ work, and who have the authority to hire, transfer, suspend, lay off, recall, discharge, assign, reward, or discipline subordinate employees or effectively recommend such action.

 

The Work You Will Do 

This position serves as the designated Agency for Persons with Disabilities’ (APD) employee responsible for supporting the APD Bureau Chief of Contract Administration in enforcing and coordinating all assigned Fixed Capital Outlay Projects to include but not limited to construction, reconstruction, and alteration. The incumbent works independently or as part of a team while supporting the APD Bureau Chief of Contract Administration and the Agency in the development and implementation of strategic plans, policies and procedures pertaining to Capitol Improvement Plans and Legislative Budget Requests. This position requires independent decision-making within parameters of established laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures while utilizing effective communication skills to keep the APD Bureau Chief of Contract Administration updated. Travel is required on a as needed basis to multiple locations throughout the regional areas for work purposes.
