The rental team excels in crafting seamless experiences that guide customers through the evaluation phase of their journey. They aid renters in gaining a thorough understanding of properties, assessing options, and comparing listings to streamline the journey and facilitate successful connections. They aim to simplify the process of helping renters discover their next home.
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Product Manager who can take ownership, self-identify opportunities, and enjoy solving them. As an Evaluate Product Manager, your primary responsibilities include helping renters evaluate properties and move them down the funnel to a contact. The PM will also work with the property growth team to support the property growth initiatives.
Additionally, you will work to improve the overall user experience.

• Lead the product from concept to design, specification, implementation, and analysis.

• Collaborate cross-functionally across the organization to prioritize and execute the most impactful work against the company's key initiatives.

• Excited by data, measuring success/failure in product changes, estimating impact, and making a real difference.

• Organized and like to ensure that the teams you work with feel confident, informed, and efficient. You actively identify issues and remove hurdles for your team.

• Innovate via Fail fast: Test, learn, and integrate.

• Experienced with translating customer feedback and business goals into a clear execution roadmap.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $143,200.00 - $228,800.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

• 5+ years of Product Management experience working directly with engineering teams to build consumer products

• Hands-on entrepreneurial attitude to go above and beyond.

• Strong project management skills to keep projects on track and keep stakeholders informed

• Customer focused. You strongly desire to understand the customer and find ways to empower them.

• A collaborative working style. We are committed to the goal while flexible on the approach.

• Experience using qualitative and quantitative data, balanced with product intuition, to create a compelling product vision and to drive product decisions.

• Ability to manage large projects and a more flexible and creative approach to generating quick wins.

• Experience defining projects, driving requirements, writing functional specs, and coordinating projects across teams and organizations.

• Strong written and oral interpersonal skills.

• MBA degree preferred
