The salary range for this role, based in New York, is $132,320.00 to $165,400.00. The range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.
Job Summary:
The Senior Manager, Finance Transformation & Strategic Capabilities, plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of the Finance function at Pernod Ricard North America. This role leads initiatives that strengthen Finance’s people, processes, and systems—advancing digital transformation and enabling smarter, faster decision-making. Using modern tools such as automation, analytics, and artificial intelligence, the Senior Manager will drive strategic projects that enhance efficiency and support long-term capability building. What you’ll do:
Lead and support finance strategic initiatives that strengthen processes, systems, and capabilities, ensuring alignment with digital transformation priorities.
Coordinate the implementation of new technologies—including automation, analytics, and AI tools—and support change management, training, and adoption across Finance.
Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize financial processes by scoping challenges, leveraging data insights, and collaborating on solution design, testing, and rollout.
Serve as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams, offering financial expertise and a technology-forward perspective to drive better decision-making.
Temporarily own or stabilize Finance processes or functions as needed during transformation efforts, ensuring operational continuity and optimization.
Contribute to talent development by supporting programs that strengthen digital fluency, analytical capabilities, and new ways of working across the Finance team.
Lead, mentor, and develop direct reports, fostering a collaborative, high-performing, and digitally enabled team culture.

Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus
8+ years of experience in finance or consulting, with at least 3 years leading strategic initiatives, process improvement, or capa
