Minimum Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance
- 5+ years of experience in the COBOL, Unisys ECL; QLP
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Creativity and adaptability in problem-solving
- Ability to work with clients to understand their needs
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional presence

- DoD Experience
- Familiarity with Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)
- Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently
- Strong customer and vendor relationship skills
