This <b>high‑acuity, adaptable care environment</b> unit manages <b>telemetry, cardiac drips, high‑flow oxygen, BiPAP</b>, and advanced therapies. Nurses care for patients with rapidly changing conditions, using advanced assessment and strong clinical judgment.</p><p>3 Lacks follows a <b>nurse‑directed, team‑based care model</b> with RNs, LPNs, Nurse Externs, PCAs, and Virtual RNs.
