Job Description:

   

As the Senior NVIDIA Alliance Manager for the Americas, you will lead HPE’s regional engagement with one of our most strategic partners. You’ll drive growth by aligning HPE’s AI and accelerated computing portfolio with NVIDIA’s innovation engine, collaborating closely with sales, marketing, product, and executive leadership across both organizations.

This is a high-impact, strategic role for a driven, relationship-oriented leader who thrives in a dynamic, matrixed environment and is passionate about advancing AI solutions that change the world.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HPE’s primary alliance lead for NVIDIA across the Americas region, managing day-to-day operations and long-term strategy.

• Own execution of the regional joint business plan, including sales alignment, field enablement, and joint marketing activities.

• Develop and maintain strong executive and operational relationships with NVIDIA counterparts across sales, technical, and marketing functions.

• Drive awareness and adoption of NVIDIA technologies across HPE’s sales and solutioning teams in the Americas.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with WW alliance leadership, BU teams, and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution.

• Represent HPE at key NVIDIA and industry events, customer engagements, and strategic planning sessions.

• Track, measure, and report on joint pipeline, bookings, and strategic initiatives.

Education and Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA is a plus.

• 7+ years of experience in alliances, business development, or partner sales—preferably within the enterprise technology ecosystem.

• Familiarity with NVIDIA’s product portfolio and market positioning in AI, HPC, and accelerated computing is strongly preferred.

• Proven track record managing strategic partnerships and delivering measurable business impact.

• Experience working in a large, matrixed organization with the ability to influence without direct authority.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and executive engagement skills.
