Business Insights Senior Analyst

You will be responsible for generating business insights for Softone’s clientle of over 75,000 clients, enabling the organization to maximize the value from its client base.</p><p><strong>Your contribution to the success of the team</strong></p><ul> <li>Analyze large data sets and work with BI teams to create dashboards and reports that will provide actionable business insights that will improve the commercial performance of sales teams</li> <li>Collaborate with product and commercial teams to understand product attributes, end-client needs and client segments.</li> <li>Triangulate information/data and provide business insights that will support cross-sell/ up-sell activities across the group.</li> <li>Design and monitor the performance of cross-sell campaigns, while working with commercial teams to maximize conversions.</li> <li>Define potential product bundle opportunities for selected client segments.</li> <li>Deliver ad hoc analysis to support decisioning making for new product or modules.</li> </ul><p><strong>Your Qualifications &amp; Skills</strong></p><ul> <li>ΜSc with distinction or honors from a Top University, preferably in engineering, mathematics, statistics or other STEM degree</li> <li>Minimum 3 years of prior experience in business analytics, data analytics, finance, or consulting in a high-paced environment</li> <li>Experience in driving insights from large-scale structured and unstructured data</li> <li>Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis.</li> </ul><ul> <li>Business acumen and understanding of market dynamics in competitive <a rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener">industries</a><a rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener">[PM1]</a> </li> <li>Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate ideas both with internal and external stakeholders in Greek and English</li> <li>Proven experience of MS excel, Statistical analysis and BI tools</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in Business Software industry</li> <li>Experience in designing campaign for B2B products or services </li> </ul><p><strong>Your Benefits</strong></p><p>We are growing our team with the vision of attracting and developing talented professionals who will contribute to the growth of the company.
