Job title: Door Production - Millworks

Pay: Starting at $24- $29 an hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday 6am to 2:30pm

Location: Woodinville, Washington

The Door Production person is responsible for the accurate building of exterior doors for customer orders. They will also be responsible for transferring the material from the exterior Door Department to the Shipping Department staging area while acting in a safe and professional manner.

This position reports directly to the Manager and works closely with the warehouse team.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, write, and read English required
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Must be able to be mobile in warehouse
• Must be able to move heavy awkward objects in warehouse
• Must be able to operate all machines and tools necessary to complete door orders
• Able to listen to and follow instructions
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work amidst a busy work environment

Duties and Responsibilities

• Building doors accurately, safely, and professionally in a fast paced environment
• Ensuring the quality of material before shipping
• Verify material backorders
• Inform management and purchasing agent of material needs
• Moving product within the warehouse, with a forklift if needed
• Promptly report all accidents/incidents
• Sit as member of the safety committee as requested
• Keep area clean and organized
• Perform other related duties as assigned

The Door Production - Millworks primarily works in a warehouse environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time
• Lift up to 100 pounds, and lift, push or pull 50+ pounds frequently
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Must be able to drive a company vehicle when necessary
• Local travel may be required
• Ability to utilize all appropriate safety equipment
