Contract – Graphic Designer

What You’ll Do

We’re seeking a talented contract part-time graphic designer to contribute to our visual storytelling and elevate our brand presence. You’ll partner with our People team, contributing your creative prowess to various exciting projects that redefine the boundaries of visual storytelling.

You’ll play a crucial role in producing eye-catching visuals for various materials, including but not limited to website graphics, brand guidelines, social media imagery, and promotional assets. If you’re passionate about graphic design, brand representation, and bringing creativity to visual storytelling, we invite you to submit your resume and portfolio.

• Craft visually appealing and on-brand graphics for diverse collateral, ensuring consistency across digital and print platforms.
• Participate in creating and refining design elements for internal communications materials, such as presentations, documents, and visual announcements, aligning with our visual identity.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand design requirements, brand guidelines, and target audience preferences, ensuring cohesive visual communication.
• Complete other design-related tasks as assigned.

Location: Fully Remote, with the opportunity to work from anywhere in the United States

What You Bring

• Three or more years of experience in professional graphic design, preferably with a creative or marketing agency.
• Proficiency with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver.
• Broad experience applying design theories, principles, and concepts to various project designs.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey visual design principles, proposals, and project specifications.
• Exceptional design craft with keen attention to detail and consistency.
• Fundamental understanding of the formal design elements, including color, typography, template creation, and layout.
• Ability to manage, drive, and design visual work for multiple situations simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, quick-moving, cross-functional environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills and commitment to following through on assignments.
• Ability to design and manage SharePoint/Short Point pages will be a valuable additional skill

The pay range below is for all roles at this level across all US locations and functions. Individual pay rates depend on a number of factors—including the role’s function and location, as well as the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, education, and training.

Base Pay Range$50—$70 USD
