As a Kitchen Cleaner - Dish Washer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen areas. Responsibilities

• Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, including dishwashing, food preparation, and storage areas
• Operate and maintain the dishwashing equipment in accordance with safety and sanitation standards
• Sort and remove trash, recycling, and compost from kitchen areas
• Sweep, mop, and sanitize kitchen floors on a regular basis
• Assist in maintaining inventory and stocking of kitchen supplies and equipment
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth flow of dishes and utensils
• Follow proper safety and sanitation guidelines to prevent accidents and maintain a hygienic environment

Requirements

• Previous experience as a kitchen cleaner or dish washer in a hospitality setting preferred
• Knowledge of proper cleaning and sanitation techniques for kitchen areas
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
