Technical Project Manager, Provider Lifecycle

About the role
This role will lead project teams to strategize and implement a portfolio of technology projects that span across Insurance Operations as well as other key stakeholders. This role will have end-to-end oversight and management of joint solution design with internal and external stakeholders, solution development, implementation, and post-implementation reviews with a focus on creating efficiency and scale.
You will report to the Associate Director.
This is a remote / work-from-home role. You must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, or Washington, D.C. The base pay for this role in the states of California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Washington is: $108,000 - $141,750 per year. The base pay for this role in all other locations is: $97,200 - $127,575 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits and annual performance bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Work with project sponsors and Insurance Operations teams to scope, design, prioritize, and manage technical operations roadmaps, KPI definitions, detailed work plans, resource needs, budget and timelines
- Lead technical project teams and the end-to-end management of system implementations (such as platform integrations, data feeds, rollout of new technology interfaces)
- Analyze project risks, develop recommendations for risk mitigation and effectively communicate mitigation options to management and business partners
- Be proficient in how to deploy the team’s technical toolkit to solve operational challenges
- Implement and lead key process improvements that markedly move the organization towards operational excellence and develop solutions that radically improve the efficacy and efficiency of existing operational processes or unlock new capabilities through technology and automated solutions
- Build relationships and trust with key stakeholders (such as Product, Engineering and Data Orgs) through strong partnership, clear communication, and the consistent, high-quality and timely delivery of projects
- Introduce tools, best practices and systems to support more efficient technical program management and execution
- Lead team of individual contributors to ensure successful implementation and execution as well as supporting their professional and personal success through coaching and development.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical project management/process-oriented operations work experience (lean operations, project management, etc.)
- 3+ years of experience using using coding languages such as SQL to analyze project performance and risks and develop reports for management and business partners
- Experience managing a technical or system implementation
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 years commensurate experience

Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
