Retail Supervisor Dual-Rate - Full Time (Harrah's Laughlin)

Job Summary

This is a dual-rated position, meaning you’ll primarily work as a Supervisor but also step into the Retail Sales Associate role when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional Family Style guest experiences and assist with merchandise selection.
• Sales & Transactions: Operate POS systems, handle cash/credit transactions, and promote sales.
• Inventory Management: Stock shelves, manage inventory, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Supervisory Duties:
  • Oversee team members and daily operations.
  • Resolve guest concerns and ensure smooth store functioning.
  • Support training and onboarding of new associates.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail or supervisory experience preferred.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Flexibility: Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Licensing: May require Alcohol Awareness Card depending on store offerings.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Lift and carry heavy items.
• Work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
