Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

Tooth + Tusk is currently seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team. As an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and coordinating patient care to ensure a positive experience for our patients.

Location:

Beaverton, OR

Hours:

Monday - Friday 7:30 - 4:30

Qualifications:

• Being the best part of our patients' day
• Answering phones with a smile. You are the voice of the practice and an extension of the atmosphere of our office.
• Checking patients in and scheduling their next appointment
• Payment collections
• Insurance Verification
• Accurately entering patient information in to our practice management system
• Duties will be increased with more experience

• Must work weekly and able to cover on calls as needed.
• Must be reliable, consistent, self- motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Paying attention to detail is a must.

Requirements

• Prior experience as an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator or similar role

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in using medical software
• Knowledge of insurance billing and claims processes
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
