<h2><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></h2> <ul> <li>Assist in delegating subtasks and responsibilities to project teams.</li> <li>Focus on closing all acceptance processes and drafting project changes within project streams during the first year.</li> <li>Ensure that timelines meet user needs. Coordinate needs of end users and FM with CSNHQ.</li> <li>Assist in prioritizing building adjustments considering budget and time constraints.</li> <li>Ensure all details meet expectations and standards.</li> <li>To support user activties on construction site, contractor handover, revision plans, migration of BIM model to CAFM, and ensuring documentation meets clients criteria. Work closely with facility management teams to ensure seamless transition and integration of new systems and processes.</li> <li>Ensure all CUP related activities connected with construction site, sampling, handover comply with relevant regulations and standards, managing risks associated with operations.</li> <li>Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in client operations and property management to enhance service delivery and cost-effectiveness.</li> </ul> <h2><b>Candidate Requirements:</b></h2> <ul> <li>Preferably an experienced candidate in civil engineering.</li> <li>Expertise in smart solutions and systems for efficient operations.</li> <li>Assist in quality supervision as a tenant representative.</li> <li>Ability to effectively communicate with various teams and stakeholders.</li> </ul>
