WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to leave; benefits, disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition and morale, internal and external audits, data management/ generating reports, occupational health and safety and contribution to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
JOB-RELATED DUTIES – ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
These duties are essential and specific to the successful implementation of this position.
- Use the HR software for data entry, employee updates, report management and audits
- Maintain and update employee information in the HR Software
- Update the Human Resources Dashboard
- Maintain employee accruals
- Employment Verifications
- Conduct invoice reconciliations
- Facilitate regular meetings with Program Director and Managers
- Assist with employee performance management process
- Coordinate Surveys and data management
- Expedite internal and external employment-related inquiries
- Communicate with oversight agencies as necessary
- Maintain compliance with Federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices
- Assist the Talent Acquisition Specialist team as necessary
- Manage all internal transfer requests
- Participate in recommending and developing employee relations practices
- Maintain job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
- Assist with Worker’s Compensation process
- Assist with the management of employee leave of absence process
- Conduct and analyze exit interviews
- Generate communication correspondence
- Maintain day to day employee Matrix for the respective region(s)
- Maintain the Personnel Action Form dashboard

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
FLSA: Exempt
Salary: $72,500 annually
Qualifications
WHAT DO I NEED?
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required; SHRM-CP a plus
Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience with a concentration in employee relations
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in English required. Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus.
Computer Skills: Basic competency in MS Windows, MS Office, HRIS systems, and on the Internet.
