Operations Analyst Intern Position Overview:
As an Operations Analyst Intern at Acentra Health, you will play a vital role in supporting the ongoing integration efforts of our Operations Performance team. Your responsibilities will include building a comprehensive library of past proposals, performing in-depth analysis on key performance indicator (KPI) variances, documenting performance metrics and data collection processes, and contributing to the enhancement of job aids and procedures. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data analysis and operations optimization while working with a dynamic team.
Role Responsibilities
- Create and curate a comprehensive library of past proposals, meticulously capturing key metrics and valuable insights that will guide our future endeavors.
- Dive deep into the data ocean, analyzing variances in key performance indicators (KPIs) relative to baseline expectations and historical trends. Your insights will drive informed decisions.
- Be the steward of performance metrics, documenting them with precision and finesse. Your commitment to refining data collection processes will empower our team.
- Collaborate actively in data collection efforts for performance reporting, actively seeking opportunities to unearth new KPIs that will elevate our operations.
- Contribute your skills to the enhancement of job aids and procedural documentation, ensuring our team operates seamlessly.
Basic Qualifications
- A foundation in analytical tools and processes, which will be your compass in navigating complex data landscapes.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, the tools of our trade for transforming data into insights.
- A basic understanding of databases and data modeling, enabling you to venture into the depths of our data ecosystem.
- A track record of consistent and punctual attendance, a testament to your commitment and professionalism.
- This role is based in our Harrisburg office, with a hybrid schedule. Candidates are expected to work with the Operations Performance team in-person on a regular basis.
