AI Product Senior Director

<p><strong>THE POSITION<br></strong>Our roster has an opening with your name on it</p> <p>This is a reimagined product management&nbsp;leadership&nbsp;role for the agentic era, with direct influence over the way we build consumer-facing and enterprise AI.&nbsp;</p> <p>You will not just&nbsp;measure customer delight,&nbsp;write specs,&nbsp;and triage tickets.&nbsp;You will&nbsp;also&nbsp;build alongside&nbsp;our&nbsp;engineers with AI as your primary force multiplier. You will prototype with Claude Code, Cursor, and Lovable; design and operate the evaluation harnesses that decide what ships; and treat your own PM workflow as a system to instrument, automate, and continuously improve.&nbsp;Our&nbsp;AI&nbsp;portfolio&nbsp;at FanDuel&nbsp;includes&nbsp;consumer-facing&nbsp;chat experiences,&nbsp;agentic marketing workflows and automation,&nbsp;AI-powered product and software development, and&nbsp;more.&nbsp;</p> <p>As a senior director-level player-coach, you will own one high-leverage agentic product surface end-to-end&nbsp;in collaboration with product managers&nbsp;and designs&nbsp;in tech and commercial,&nbsp;while&nbsp;also mentoring and&nbsp;raising the bar for how Product Management is practiced at FanDuel.&nbsp;You will&nbsp;lead a team&nbsp;of&nbsp;AI PMs&nbsp;that interface directly with&nbsp;business stakeholders,&nbsp;codify patterns&nbsp;for how product management is done in the AI era, and shape the discipline&nbsp;of product management more widely.&nbsp;If your reflex when you see a problem is to open a terminal and an agent harness before you open a Google Doc, this role is for you.</p> <p>In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company.
