Accenture Federal Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team supporting the United States Military. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing information assurance or computer network defense programs, with proven expertise in supervising teams, scheduling work, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee projects related to C4ISR or similar programs, ensuring alignment with client requirements and objectives.
  • Lead the design, development, production, installation, and test & evaluation of information assurance or computer network defense programs.
  • Supervise project personnel and teams, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to project timelines.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, write proposals, and prepare bids to support program objectives.
  • Coordinate the ordering and transportation of equipment and materials to meet project needs.
  • Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders through written and oral presentations, providing updates and addressing project challenges.

Here’s What You Need:

  • Active Top Secret clearance is required.
  • Ability to work in Charleston, South Carolina area, on-site as needed.
  • Ten (10) years of direct work experience with C4ISR or similar programs/projects.
  • Eight (8) years of direct work experience, including:
    • Design, development, production, installation, and test & evaluation of information assurance or computer network defense programs.
    • Supervising project personnel and/or teams.
    • Scheduling work, writing proposals, and preparing bids.
    • Ordering and transporting equipment and materials.
  • Four (4) years of experience as a manager of information assurance or computer network defense projects.
  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills commensurate with a management role.

  • Familiarity with federal government systems and processes.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering results under tight deadlines.

 

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
