<p>As Client Service Manager at Deployteq, you'll prioritise customer satisfaction every day. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside your team and customers on great projects in the field of CRM, Marketing Automation and Email Marketing. </p><p>You will be working across a diverse portfolio of brilliant and exciting brands such as Eneco, VodafoneZiggo, van Gogh museum, Transavia, Kwik Fit, Zeeman and many other big brand names. </p><p>Joining an established team, this is a truly unique opportunity to learn and develop in the world of Marketing Automation, and we're looking for you to join us with a passion for Marketing Technology and help us to continue our incredible story of growth...</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>What you'll get up to </strong></p><p>As a Client Services Manager, you'll work directly with our clients on key projects spanning both technical and commercial. You'll determine scope, budget and timelines for these projects and will support in building customer journeys, creating campaigns and implementing CRM and Marketing strategies along with your clients.</p><p>Working with our very own Deployteq platform, you will be our client's go-to person when it comes to delivering their vision, and you'll work in cooperation with them every step of the way to achieve this!</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>A typical day...</strong></p><p>You start your day with a good cup of coffee from our espresso machine. You check your emails from yesterday and check the status of your projects in the project management system. Then you have a standup with the team in which you go through the day. </p><p>You check the campaigns that are running and check the dashboard. Together with a colleague you look at the possibilities of personalisation in those campaigns and you prepare a proposal that you go through with an account manager before you send it out. It is now lunchtime and you can take a seat in our beautiful company restaurant where a warm and healthy lunch is waiting for you.</p><p>After lunch and a game of table football or a walk through the Zeister woods, you can continue and work on your projects. You call a customer to make an appointment for the delivery of an email template and you coordinate with a colleague about a problem that was still in a preference center.
