Benefits to You
We pay 95% to 99% of medical insurance premiums for full-time employees, including mental health coverage.

OJD will pay you a 5% allowance for bilingual skills (includes ASL) if you can pass a skills test and are assigned to use those skills on the job.

Position Highlights
The Jackson County Circuit Court in Medford, Oregon, is hiring a Behavioral Health/Aid & Assist Program Coordinator (Program Coordinator).
In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our behavioral health program. You will help plan and implement the Behavioral Health/Aid & Assist Court docket. You will coordinate and lead case management meetings and program team meetings. You will keep abreast of national standards and best practices for behavioral health courts, offer suggestions to improve our behavioral health program, and help implement changes. You will also track deadlines and ensure cases comply with all applicable deadlines, laws, rules, and policies.
Collaboration is a key part of this position. You will liaise with judges, court management, OJD employees statewide, the Oregon Health Authority, local behavioral health providers, community partners, the District Attorney’s office, public defenders, probation officers, governmental agencies, and other interested parties. You will coordinate training for external stakeholders. You will also join local and statewide internal and external committees to further the program’s mission and goals.
