Job Highlights:

Contract type: Independent Contractor
Schedule: Monday to Fridays, 11 AM - 3 PM Melbourne Australia (20 Hrs per week)

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and empathetic Cold Calling Specialist to support lead generation efforts by reaching out to organizations involved in the NDIS and disability sector. This role involves contacting support coordinators, schools, and disability organizations to introduce services and encourage client referrals.

The successful candidate will also handle email follow-ups and contribute to building strong relationships with potential referral partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound cold calls to support coordinators, schools, and disability support organizations
Introduce services and secure interest or referrals for NDIS participants
Build rapport and trust with potential partners using empathy and professionalism
Send professional follow-up emails after calls
Keep accurate records of contacts and conversations using CRM tools or spreadsheets
Provide feedback to improve outreach scripts and strategies

Requirements

Excellent verbal communication with a clear, neutral, and professional accent
Empathetic and personable, with a genuine interest in helping others
Experience in cold calling, lead generation, or telemarketing, ideally in NDIS, healthcare, or disability services
Strong sales and persuasion skills, with the ability to manage objections and convert leads
Strong written communication skills for email follow-ups
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
Experience using CRM systems or Excel is a plus
