About the Role

As a QA Engineer, you will ensure the reliability, performance, and quality of our financial products and shape how we deliver secure, accessible services to underserved markets.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute test plans: Design and implement comprehensive manual test strategies across mobile and web applications.
• Build and maintain automated test suites: Increase test coverage and reduce manual regression cycles by integrating into CI/CD workflows.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams: Identify edge cases, track bugs, and maintain high-quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.
• Introduce Shift Left Testing practices: Embed quality early in the development lifecycle by collaborating with engineers during planning and design phases.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience in quality assurance and software testing: Ideally with mobile, web, and backend systems.
• Detail-oriented mindset: You thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment where quality and speed both matter.
• Strong analytical and communication skills: You know how to uncover and articulate bugs and edge cases with precision.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of QA or test engineering experience: Especially in startup or high-growth environments.
• Proficiency with web and mobile test automation tools: Such as Playwright or Selenium, Appium with WebDriver or similar frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD tools: Such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCI.

Base: $150,000 - $200,000 a year
